1. Delivery Areas

We currently offer delivery services in Jaipur. To check if we deliver to your location, please enter your pincode on our website or mobile app.

2. Delivery Times

  • Lunch deliveries: Between 12:00 PM and 2:30 PM
  • Dinner deliveries: Between 7:00 PM and 10:00 PM
  • Specific delivery time slots can be selected during the ordering process, subject to availability.

3. Order Cutoff Times

  • For lunch orders: Place your order at least 1 hour before your chosen delivery slot
  • For dinner orders: Place your order at least 1 hour before your chosen delivery slot

4. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges may vary based on your location and order value. The applicable charges will be clearly displayed before you confirm your order.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can use this link to track the real-time status of your delivery.

6. Contactless Delivery

In light of current health and safety guidelines, we offer contactless delivery. Our delivery partner will leave your order at your doorstep and notify you.

7. Failed Deliveries

  • If you're not available at the time of delivery:
  • - We will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes at the delivery location.
  • - After 15 minutes, we will mark the order as delivered.
  • - No refunds will be issued for failed deliveries due to customer unavailability.

8. Order Issues

If there's an issue with your order (e.g., missing items, quality concerns), please report it within 2 hours of delivery using our customer support channels.

9. Delivery During Adverse Conditions

During adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, deliveries may be delayed or canceled. We will keep you informed about any changes to your delivery schedule.

10. Special Instructions

If you have any special delivery instructions, please include them in the "Delivery Instructions" field while placing your order.
